PublicProof is currently used to support direct pilot discussions with counties and cities. We limit the information we collect, use it only for operating the service and supporting customer conversations, and do not sell personal information.
What we may collect
- Business contact details shared during pilot discussions, procurement, or support interactions.
- Publicly available information about government digital surfaces, documents, vendors, and accessibility contacts.
- Operational records required to run inventory, findings, remediation, vendor accountability, and evidence workflows.
How the information is used
- To evaluate pilot scope, schedule discovery meetings, and support readiness-assessment or pilot delivery.
- To maintain the compliance operating record for inventory, findings, remediation ownership, vendor accountability, and evidence.
- To meet reasonable security, legal, and contractual obligations associated with service delivery.
