• Sharing high-level materials before a formal statement of work, proposal, or procurement instrument is in place.

• PublicProof does not issue legal advice and does not replace the judgment of ADA, legal, procurement, or executive stakeholders.
• Compliance findings, severity, exceptions, and evidence issuance remain deterministic and human reviewed.
• Any delivery scope, pricing, service levels, data handling commitments, and support terms are controlled by the signed engagement documents.
