Terms
PublicProof is offered as a software-supported service for pilot discussions, readiness assessments, and scoped operating-program engagements with counties and cities. Nothing on this site creates a binding service commitment without a signed agreement.
What this site is for
- Describing the PublicProof operating model and pilot approach.
- Supporting direct discussions with government buyers, procurement teams, and implementation stakeholders.
- Sharing high-level materials before a formal statement of work, proposal, or procurement instrument is in place.
Important limits
- PublicProof does not issue legal advice and does not replace the judgment of ADA, legal, procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Compliance findings, severity, exceptions, and evidence issuance remain deterministic and human reviewed.
- Any delivery scope, pricing, service levels, data handling commitments, and support terms are controlled by the signed engagement documents.
